Do you all know if there ever was a rule saying that you should be 16 to give SLC? I am sure this rule has messed up many people's birthdates. There used to be adding and substracting of months and ages to be exactly 16 in the month of Magh. Usually it used to be some school staff doing that for the students and messing it up real good. Due to that, we have separate birthdates in our Nagarikta, passport, character certificates, transcripts etc. Plus, there is more confusion if english dates come to picture. I am sure lot's of people celebrate their birthday on different dates: English date, Nepali date, "thithi anusaar ko". :) Do people still do that in schools, 16 years and SLC? Good that we don't have Little League in Nepal.
