A book named "Statistic and Truth- Putting Chance to Work" has
a equation :
Uncertain knowledge + knowledge of the amount of uncertainity in it
= Usable knowledge
In this Maoist -govt. peace talk drama, I am sure its going to fail.
My knowledge of this failure is very high and it has to fail. The
reasons that Maoists will give to us before they again proceed
ahead to killing spree will be as follows:
1. APF bill should be cancelled/removed.
2. Monarch should be removed. Thats not happening as long as
RNA is under king's direct control.
3. Current Constitution should be demolished. Its not going to
happen. The Maoists with 2000-5000 killers should not think
of creating new CHAO in the name of new constitution. The
way they torture peoples, how can we get assured that new
constitution will be better than current one. We have to get
lesson from past events, China, Cambodia, North Korea.
I think these data are enough for us. Regarding data , the
book writes one quote:
Data! Data! he cried impatiently,
I can't make bricks without clay. --- Canon Doyle
The Maoist owned clay is not suitable for bricks that
we hope to have "TELIA ITA".
4. Maoists have not commented on the Royal Nepal Army's
statements over the Holleri incidence. Where Army says they
had confrontation, and Maoists demanded CEASE FIRE in
the confrontation and requested for safe passage. The Army
also confirmed that Maoists vowed to have talks with Govt.
This part of news is very interesting, compared to the Nepali
news, now fully owned by Maoist propaganda, because Army
's statement is very much contradictory with the news we read
for 2-3wees durig and after the Holleri inscidence.
The dramatic CEASE FIRE from maoists is probably because of
their judgements on Army and they needed more time to
reinforce themselves with the DHWANG of CEASEFIRE.
I still feel its just a drama.
