Scarlett and Sachit,
Although I hate to post personal messages here but it seems I have no choice. I had left a message for Sachit but did not get his answer so here I am.
I am terribly sorry that I am going to be away this Friday till Monday. Is there anyway we could meet tomorrow (6 September 2001)? I know it is a short notice...
Please let me know. And Scarlett, I would like to have your phone number is there anyway how I can get it?

Unfortunately, I have school tonight. How about Wednesday night of next week. Sachit is that OK.

Hi,
It seems we had some misunderstanding. I thought Scarlett was going to post the minutes of the "meeting." As a matter of fact only two people showed up. Sachit,the GBNC President and Scarlett besides myself.
So far we are planning to have an art exhibition/fund raising progaram. I am coaxing my husband to play piano for an hour. We are planning to do this before xmas. mid december. We have to compile a list of people who could give money.
This is a very sketchy minutes but mainly it was a brainstorming session. if you are interested please come to the next meeting.

Hi Everyone,
I have been in contact with Philip Holmes, director of the Esther Benjamin Fund. He'll is very excited about GBNC's involvement in this cause. He is going to provide brochures of his organization for the art exhibit. Right now I will be pricing caterers for the exhibit. We are only going to serve hors'deurves and drinks. If anyone has suggestions on caterers (who is good, who is bad, etc.) Please let us know. Sachit- did you find out the capacity of the gallery? Thanks
