Required skills/experience in IT FIELD(Minimum)
-Strong experience of programming in related area ( Language: Java/c/VB and in the area of DATABASE: ORACLE/SQL SERVER
-Strong Experience in SOFTWARE APPLICATION, Project Management,
Team -Building, Project Planning and supervising experience.
-Work as PROJECT LEADER supervising IT staffs and all of the works carried out by the IT STAFFS in Nepal and co-ordination between Tokyo and Nepal office with full responsibility.
-Highly skilled in documentation
-Strong Communication command in English, JAPANESE and NEPALI, organization & leadership, and time management skills.
-Microsoft Project or other Project management software experience)
-FLUENT in Japanese Language both spoken and written with strong sales and marketing experience in IT FIELDS/SOFTWARE MARKETING.
- Hardworking, sincere and faithful, frank and forward, realistic and serious candidate is our expectation.
Selected candidate will be sent for further required training to Japan. After necessary training, He/she shall be appointed as PL in Nepal to manage and handle the entire project as a member of the MANAGEMENT-one of the LP. However, if such PL is interested to work on PAYSCALE also no problem and this can be discussed and negotiable in a nice manner. All other terms can be discussed face to face, if you can prove yourself qualified and interested to work with us undertaking this unlimited and challenging job.
