Maoists are continuing to get more hates from public because of their
silly activities, and it seems the Maoists leaders have no direct
or indirect control over them, the low level cadres who are
carrying money extortion at public level. In this scenario, what
would happen in a few days to few months:
1. Like Bin Laden ( as one writer wrote) mind washed and taught
a few guys and asked them to leave his tents to harm USA as
much as they can. Then, they left to different parts of the world
and they prepared another set of cadres, but, they were independent
to run those groups, and they neither had to communicate
laterally nor they had to communicate vertically. Virtually,
at this moment of collapse of World Trade Center, USA is
facing problem of giving enough proofs that Bin Laden indeed
had link with those guys who learned flying pilot, and smashed
hijacked WTC. The author further wrote, because of such
freedom to organize independently and freely, the groups
member even have no trace of who their immediate leader
outside the group, and there was impossible to find the
chains. In this regard, the other groups who might get inspired
from the current hijacking, and continue to harm america
if America continues to be hardliner. In fact, its the end
of globalization.
Similarly, the first sets of Maoists in Nepal were trained by
Prachanda and BRB, and the pyramid started to widen laterally
and vertically. It finally, reached to a state where new pyramids
started to evolve because of too long time of communication
from top of original pyramid to lower cadres. Now, Maoits
have so many fragments of Pyramids who don't have direct
connection with top level leaders, and the fragments have
started working independently, thus, cross communication
failed and outsiders invaded or started to exploit the
cloned pyraminds for their own purpose and extortion and
revenge went to private level for private purpose. Now,
Maoist leaders have gone to ceasefire, but, public have
realized that Maoists are most corrupt and disorganized
peoples, who say something and do other. Finally, Maoist
leaders can not control their cadres. To save their own
face, they are looking for immediate SAFE LANDING. The
ongoing talk drama is one such attempt.
2. Now Army and Police are in joint action, and as they
are getting better performance, the Maoists can not
remain silence, but, the hate within public is also exploding
and the increasing Pratikar Samuha might force the Maoists
to abort the premature baby, requesting government to
save them and allow safe landing. What Maoist leaders
are doing now is like Nepali joke, the husband used to
threaten his wife, while asking hot water for bath
during winter "Tato pani dine bhe de natra bhane ..."
and his wife used to serve him the hot water. As she
was afraid of threaten. The husband continued such
threaten, scared wife continued to serve hot water,
finally, like Nepali peoples tired of Maoists extortion
and torture, the wife also got tired of threat, and
finally, asked one day, after the threatening call
of half sentance, the wifesaid :"natra bhane...
k garne bichar chha ta", the husband replied that
if she don't serve hot water, he will have to use
cold water "natra bhane chisai panile nuhawula ni".
Similarly, the Maoists will join the main stream politics
whatever the govt. has promised to fulfill their demands.
Its called SAFE LANDING in Nepal. I liked a few word in
Nepal, recently used very much:
a. SAFE LANDING b. HOME WORK c. Equation
d. RAHAT . If you don't have good work, you can not
get right equation (SAMIKARAN) , and if you can not
find right equation, your target group don't get RAHAT,
and in that case you will either have to ABORT your
idea or opt SAFE LANDING. So, these 4 phrases are used
quite often, and applicable in all kinds Nepali projects.
Maoists money extortion during ceasefire went without
enough homework, and they could not find appropriate
parameters in the public hate or like equation, and
public did not get any RAHAT from them, thus hate
won, and Maoists are now in dilemma of Abortion
or SAFE LANDING.
3. As some one wrote quite long time back, if you have
lack of money, your veneer (spelling? ) may go to market
unglued, and you may suffer spiraling response and finally
fail. Similarly, Maosits are now in dilemma and are forced to
watch the ongoing public hate, Army-Police joint raid
(better than in 1996, now only Maoists are target,
and Maoists don't have public supports, rather on opposite
ends). In this stage, the Maoists are suffering from
resource, and they veneer (projects) may get launched
without properly glued (use : without enouh HOMEWORK
in Nepali perspective), and in this sense, Maoists might
try to go to public in Royal Nepali Army uniform and
kill their own cadres and publics as an attempt to defame Royal
Nepal Army, make publicity using Masked Human righttists
of Nepal, especially, PRT group, that RNA is attacking
publics. In this scenario, I urge RNA Army to be alert of
Maoists trick and publics should be well informed of such
possibility. Like Maoists failure of proper collection method
of money, Maoists might invade villages as if Royal Nepal
Army in night and defame the RNA and try to get back the
public supports. There is very high possibility in this sense.
News media should be alerted, of course, the human rightists
might be seeking such situation to make international
propaganda. Hey, don'T let RNA down. Just Holeri
confrontation, forced Maoists to come to table talk,
(because Maoists never denied the RNA claim that Maoists
were real loser in Holeri encounter).
RNA and Police fight against anarchism, and fight against
terrorism. World will be with you, and you will have to
separate real Maosits terrorists, thuggs and normal
citizens. Win the heart of people, you will be right back
to your stations.
