Maoists rapped for not releasing abducted people

KATHMANDU, Sept 26 - Home Minister Khum Bahadur Khadka Tuesday accused the Maoists of not releasing people held by them and therefore violating the agreement reached with the Government.
gIt was agreed upon that both the Government and the Maoists would release the people in their custody once the environment of talks was made but the Maoists have not released a single person,h Khadka said addressing the House.

My understanding on this issue:
1. Maoists are great LIARs of the Century (in Nepal).
2, Maoists have been turturing those in captives and they can not
release those who are in their concentration camps. As we all
know by now, how they turtured the journalists who wanted to
deliver free reportings, i.e. without maoist monitoring. In this
fake ceasefire and peace propaganda, the MAoists can not release
the peoples in their conc. camps, primarily because those released
will tell the truth one after another press conferences, and the
news/issue hungry news media of Nepal will burst on the statements
and experiences by those in custody. As you know, those who
are alive in government custody are probably much safe than
if they were in Maoists camps, because they did not have to
participate in mass sacre. While in concentration camps run
by Maoists did not allow any freedom to their counterpart.
Under such circumstances, how can Maoists allow their enemies
to spell whats going on these concentration camps? They will
rather kill and tell government that they were in fact never in
their camps or never kidnapped.
A Liar can lie millions of times, and does not have shame.
