Lightning kills three
A family of three were killed by lightning in Thahalaha of Morang district Thursday, police said.
The deceased are identified as Bhinu Sardar, his wife Murti Devi and their 11-year old son Jeevan. Police said the lightning killed them while they were sleeping at home. The house was completely destroyed.
Similarly, another house in the same district caught fire because of lightning.

Lightning and Road accidents are regular news. I don't understand
how lightning falls over human beings. This could be avoided by
minor equipments because we almost never heard such news on
Kathmandu. Someone with scientific knowledge could enlighten
us.
