The George Washington Univ's Elliott School of In'tl Affairs will be awarding three fellowships to mid-career professionals from South Asia, among others, to pursue Masters in International Policy and Practice (27 credit hour degree) during the 2002-3 academic year.

The fellowship will cover tuition, fees, and a living stipend. The Starr Fellowship is an ideal programme for professionals taking sabbatical from their organization. But anyone is free to apply.

Criteria for admission - B.A. plus 8 yrs. of professional work experience, or an advanced degree. GREs are strongly recommended but not required. TOEFL score of 600 (250 on the computer test) is usually reqd.
