Last time, Minister of Tourism and Civial Aviation participated in a very important meeting on World Trade Organization. I don't know whether the Minister of Trade and Commerce participated in that meeting or not.
This week, Minister of Home has gone to Australia to participate in the international meeting for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. My perception is that we have a separate ministry of health or something to work on this. May be home minister's personal visit benefit is much important in this occasion. Afterall Deuba also needs some time off with Khadka and his allies at least for few days.
I think it is the AIDS that they were confused with - the more AIDS, the better for our ever deficit budget, we all live on foreign AID money. Therefore, a senior minister should participate so that he can bring more AIDS.
