You'd mentioned in one of your postings about the McKinsey's study of websites and the 3 C's for their success. Can you post the source URL for that? It'll be very useful for one of my classes. Thank you.

Call up the nearest Mckinsey office for the info. If it is mentioned in an article they will give you the source, but it could also be one of their "jargons" created solely for their in-house communication purposes :) like their "pyramidical structure".

Hi guys, I remember reading that study a while back -- when dotcoms were the sexiest businesses. I read that either in an issue of Harvard Business Review or McKinsey Quarterly. If I remember correctly, one of the authors was the guy who wote that book "Net Gain". Anyway, if I have \ the article in file, I'll let you know soon. oohi ashu tm,nepal
