For me, the interesting part in his LEKH was on Money collection.
He said, they had collected donations from their supporters, and
literally, what I understood from his Lekh is that those who paid
the money NOT as donation, should consider the collection as
as kind of KAR (TAX) and JARIWANA (Fine). Anyway, this paragraph,
might (or WILL?) again accelerate and promote the money extortion.
One more surprise is that the so called talk in Silguri .. with Maoist
leader seemed to be only Telephone conversation? Can someone,
whether BRB was talking sometother talk with MAKUNE, that I
might have missed.

Interestingly, I could not understand why BRB compared Maoists
as FAT CAT (Biralo)? Anyway, its interesting to read it in your
leisure.
I wish the third round of Barta come to reality. Kamrade BRB,
whatever is inside reason, please, bring the settlement to reality
and do not go for Blood Bath again. If you really, want its better
you start killing from top most corrupt, not from bottom. Start Punshing
those in Lauda scandal gangsters, Bhim Rawal and his partners in
CSWA, and Black marketters in KTM, smugglars.
Afganistan was also republic, Camobdia was also republic , both
of t hem land locked, what they got in 27years since Rupublic?
Please, think 100s times, if your republic idea is genuine and
honest, and free from outsider's support, i.e. India. Otherwise,
we are heading towards another Afganistan or Cambodia, nothing
more. The support on you, that is seen till today, is whether really
from public from all ages, and all sectors without fear of gun, or
just because of gun? Meanwhile, lets not forget that the Taliban
at start was collection of peoples who wanted to practice Islam
with time (I read somewhere from the URL published in GBNC.org)
and now with power they turned to extreme fundamentalist.
Explicit power without opposition, will also make you not less
than Taliban type communist state in 21st century. You will
not allow any tolerance, once yuo get power, and you will
forget all those promises once you are in power. The NC leaders
were also fighting for decades only for democracy, but, how
the power changed them, how the Taliban changed themselves,
can be realized. You will commit the same path once you are
in power, and you find your promises are excessive and
unfullfillable in a country that does not have natural resources,
netiehr technological knowhow. You will try to formulate
one crisis over another to remain yourselves in power. Its
what Indira Gandhi Did, its what Maotsetung (cultural
revolution) did. In China, 1945 they had different rich
peoples, different feudals, and now only cards are reshufflled.
Are you aware of this, whether you knowingly or unknowingly
trying to reshuffle the cards, nothing more than that. In
this process, we might be missing the invaluable TIME.
