Yesterday someone using Toronto Public Library's computer networks posted numerous messages in the GBNC site that contained explicit and offensive content. Because of this incident, the access to this site from Toronto Public Library has been blocked, as well as several ban words has been identified, the use of which will disallow posting to the site.

This morning, again, someone using internet access from Look Communications Inc., Toronto, (currently blocked) posted several offensive and explicit messages using other symbolic derogatory words, even adding the email addresses found in this site as the distribution list. These postings, however, was identified to ID. 32439250 which was further traced down to a posting http://www.gbnc.org/forum/cfm/openthread.cfm?forum=2&threadid=2005

No claims are being made to the identity of the poster except that the same computer was used to post the offensive message today.

GBNC regrets the distribution of these offensive material through the web and is doing everything to prevent these perpetrators from accessing the site.

That's the appeal regarding human right stuff, huh.

Milan Karki surely knows who posted the first stuff on his behalf. Will he be
lenient enough to share the person's name with us?

Our conspiracy theorists need to learn that not all the people in the world are
trying to make Nepal 'hallai hallo ko desh'. By wearing shield of human right
organization, people are misusing newfound freedom, and all these charades
are travesty of 'human right protection'.

Of course, like our site administrator, I am also not implying anything. Public
computer, anybody can use anyway.
