Interesting partition of number to suit the claim:
The dominant group consisting of male parbatiya (hill) Bahun and Chhetri consists of around 15 percent of the population only.(3)

Note# 3 had the following explanation on 15percentages:
===================================
(3) The Bahun-Chhetri population is around 31 percent. Since women are dominated, more so in the Bahun-Chhetri group, the dominant population, in reality, is half of it or approximately 15 percent.

--------------
I really enjoyed how the reporters pick up the numbers.
It reminds me the MAHA's "HO INA KURA SATYA HO".
Madan Krishna asked not to put FULL STOP, between
"HO" and "INA". I think of trying to make fun on numbers
the reporters would have mentioned the correct digit
and telling that the propertion of Pahadiya Bahun-Chhetri
in various sectors, especially, govt. is higher, would be
more convincing and factual. Please, remember that the
Black movement in USA and Africa was supported by
wise whites too. So, there are many genuine Bahun-Chhetri
who find the current trend is not a good. But, the reports
should not twist or make interepretation to suit your claims.
It discredits the quality of report.
