I can arrogantly say that GNBC will benefit immensely with the greater
involvement of SEBSERs. Generally speaking, SEBSERS are DOERS, not TALKERS.
Although we do like to talk too.

GBNC is a dead organization except for its great web site http://www.gbnc.org
Too many SEBsers on one team represent our ability to reassure ourselves by
clinging on to one another and our inability to work with various different
community members such as restaurant workers, blue-collar migrants, other
non-SEBs white-collar professionals, students, etc. Is this sort of behaviour not
why, despite our chest-thumping here, we really have so negligible impact or
influence on larger Nepalese societies and communities? Food for thought?

I feel that, SEBSers are coming out of their cocoon finally, to bad it took so long,
but better late than never. We need to get involved with the community, need to
embrace every level of people in the Boston Community. Boston has every
categories of Nepali we can think of and they all need to be reached in some
fashion.
There are members in the GBNC team that I have personaly been privileged to
know/work with and I can assure everyone that these guys will give 110% to
their work. PR has always been a problem of SEBSers and so long as we work first
and talk later, we should do good.
Best Wishes again and Happy Dashami to the GBNC Community.
