Yo Dude, see my article "TIPS FOR MEN ON HOW TO GET A DATE WITH GIRLS". Some additions:
1. Buy these 3 things which a woman will never say "NO" (infact they love 'em): flowers, candy, and cards, better yet get some churpi and titaura.
2. Put on some jeans, t-shirt, and a blazer with fine looking shoes - chics dig well dress dudes.
3. Get a subtle cologne - they closer they come to you, the better you smell.
4. Treat them like ladies or a princess - they just love it.
5. Now that they are in America, take them to a nice restaurant for a candle-light dinner.
6. Impress them with your wine knowledge/selection: (basics: white wine with fish/seafood, red wine with meat, etc.).
7. Don't talk much about politics or sports or action movies: focus on literature, arts, music, spirituality, and philosophy - romance ofcourse.
8. Look into her eyes while speaking.
9. Compliment her every now and then - they love the attention.
10. Treat her like she is the only one.

Dale,
Just be your self,put yourself in her position what would you do if you were her ? So ,take step at a time.Appraoch her indirectely with a smile,talk gentle soft -spoken,be attentive when she talks and respond to it.Always remember that first impression is the last.Dont show off just because your friends are there,you ignore your friend for a while,never give or ask your phone no(its a turn -off to gals).You will be noticed by her then ask me agin.

why don't u just keep your butt shut. this is supposed to be a nepali forum. i didn't ask on how to win gals & influence women IN INDIA. your tips are applicable for Bihar. so next time keep off.
