A snippet of the article

Biraj Dhungana, in his early teens claims to have already made the miniature of what he calls " Intercontinental Semi-guided Automatic Warhead".

What is really very surprising is the fact that in a country where most of the scientists occupying salaried chairs in Science related organizations have become party-spokesmen, a boy in his teens exhibits his "invention" to the nation's chief of the executive along with his team of ministers. The boy, innocent as he is, however, expresses his desire to study abroad and give a concrete shape to his invention and uplift the glory of the nation. A clever Prime Minister rather convinces the boy that he and his administration would do all it can to provide the boy all the necessary "equipment" plus the required "funds" right here in Kathmandu perhaps for fear of the possible "Brain-drain". If Biraj's revelations were to be taken into account, his Missile could hit targets well around 27, 000 kms. He hastens to add that an improved versions of the missiles of the sort of what he has made could hit targets from one continent to another.

How can you "invent" something that already exists?

And I very very skeptical of these claims.

i was definitely attracted by the title of the topic..and read whatever the links led me to read..I was really interested to read what he has done so far..but didn't find anything more than ......" has already claimed to have...." I am not trying to disappoint him but i am really eager to know what theories or ideas he has developed so far (..wait a minute..did i read that he has already developed a miniature version of that missile?) I would like to request the above post-er to provide what has actually been done by him rather than the surroundings of the news. If u could, please use this discussion forum to post more descriptive information on his invention..

Not so fast. Ashu, Biswo, NK, ANepaliKT, and Arnico are coming up with cold fusion in a couple of weeks.

While browsing nepalnews.com , I found the headline of that news rather intriguing, and read it, and thought that others would have interest on that piece of news as well. I know nothing more than what is written on that website...I thought it would be a nice gesture to post that news in this site.

No more than rumour, once a guy invented a car run by solar battery, soon after, there were lot of things from government such as "we would", "we are going to". Never did it went beyond "would" and "could", now the car's in some dumpsters in Balaju. Nepal's like that, so don't expect too much from that guy too, he's creating a selling news for nepalese living abroad
