When i made a full lap along Chakrapath in KTM, I found it very interesting. No where along Chakrapath, I could find a single 200m or long section that is left vacated without a house, and no where along the Chakrapath, I found without peoples on the road, not even 10m early morning to evening. Chakra path is developing in such a high pace, I could not even imagine. When I was a student at Bagmati Driving school in 1988, as a beginner I could cover whole road to foot path without any possibility of striking to peoples for my allocated 7km stretch. Now, I was wondering whether I can drive there after 13years, not as beginner but, as a driver with zero record of accident in 100,000 km driving? Its amazing, peoples are walking at the middle of Chakrapath and still accident rate is so low. After Birendra and his family's massacre, I find two things in KTM and along Chakrapath too: 1. Peoples are trying to get Internet connection at home 2. Peples are hanging Birendra's family photographs, and even those who used to hate also hang their photograph today. It clearly showed that they don't accept Dipendra being the Killer in the night. GP

GPji: By hanging the pictures of late King Birendra's family, are people silently protesting the new ruler and his wayward son?Anyway, thanks for the news. Also, I was surprised at your courage to boat so near to Paras's motorboat. Especially since you were taking your kids with you. It is a formiddable courage, man.Mr Paras is notorious for not having good control of steering, you know that!

Exactly, thats why peopls mean. I used to hear that peoples do not accept new king. But, I did not know how others came to this conclusion. Its really surprising that peoples are not in favor of accepting the killing. Reasons, i observed were: 1. Dipendra was never reported to be what was reported in Rana Bhat's report. Peoples in Pokhara even say, RanaBhat will loss next election just because of the report. 2. Some peoples do accept that Dipendra started the killing, but, ended up by someone else. ( clue: a man does not sucide within 2 minutes after killing his enemies, he need sometime to realize that what he had done was wrong). 3. Peoples refer to Dr. and they say Dhirendra shah said after operation that "oh yasto bullet mero body ma", and how come a person who spoke dies after two days. 4. Shruti could be saved if enough blood was given. she had only one bullet. 5. Mr. Gorakh was purchased, with a promise of getting married with another royal . . .. . . . If this happens in future, then, peoples belief gets stronger. 6. Rajiv Shahi and Gorakh were not having good relation with Dipendra, because Gorakh used to beat his wife quite frequently, and King-Queen used to go to their home and settle things. This logic was quite contrast with what we heard in internet. It should be verified, because I never heard Gorakh beating his wife. Dipendra helping his sister against Gorakh's behavior. 7. Because Gorakh and Rajiv did not have good relation with Dipendra, they were trying to get benefit of his love affairs with Debyani, and wanted to exploit the dislike of Queen A. Thus, made him drunk and ..... and made him kill his family, at least start. 8. another set of peoples said. King Birendra also knew the Massacre was going to happen, but, he took this lightly as a rumor in the country of rumor. It happened because King was nearly allowing Girija to use Army in Maoist areas. Girija recommended to change chief of army from Prajwol to Mr. Aryal, out of Rana family. When .. took Girija then PM to Military hospital Prajwol said to .. "yaslai kina liyera ayeko, yaslai thunde uta kotha ma.". Girija was locked in one room for a couple of hours. Thats why peoples started to say YO sab dekhne matra Democracy ho. Sachha democracy chhaina, yo deshma. Ram Chandra Poudel wrote a long lekh in Kantipur (?) just after BRB wrote a lekh. That was said to very famous lekh in Nepal in recent days, a bold lekh. It again pulled the rope of rumors to further, and make new rulers less trustable. 9. Rajiv Shahi was quoted in public to be marshaled, but, now said to be in London for 5 years. He is either there because of fear or because of his nice drama in the prasna sodhna napaine press conference. Peoples say. 10. Peoples who are close to royal family, also do not understand why Dipendra did not speak a word. Some say, it was Dipendra who always used to have his hat PURAI Nidha chhopne gari. 11. Nepal is sufferimg from Birendra's mourning and peoples were very much dissatisfied with the SAB YATRA of dipendra in an old truck. Kasto Beijjat tal le lageko. 12. Some even say current Prince showed gun to his father asking him to declare Prince as early as possible. 13. These are rumors, I don't know which one is true and which one is false. But, I always defended that Dipendra must be killer, well, he might not be the last one to lift the trigger. I still believe Dipendra did kill his family, and He was really beard like majnoo in the search of his Laila. As long as his Laila is silence, we don't know whether Dipendra was really killer or was trapped. Anyway, its rumor on the peoples above constitution and law. Like Bamdev of ML, we have to accept constituion and if something happens according to constituion, we have no way to reject it. Well, when we were in Fewa lake, I was only scared of kids rushing to see him standing on boat. When we got off the boat, I was keeping my digital camera read to take his photograph, but, did not appear for another 10 to 15 minute, and we left the scene. Thanks to god, his high speed boat did not hit any boat, otherwise atleast 10 people would have died. Lets hope he will chage himself, and we can forgive his pasts. I was so surprised to see the flood of photographs in TKP, Kantipur and other major newspapers. It will not take long time, peoples hanging his photograph in offices, private rooms .... God Bless Nepal. GP

There are some peoples who think that we still can not raise questions and expect Crown Prince to be of good behavior? Bajele Ghiu ka thiye bhanera Nak Nicharera nahune! Bhannya yahi. From Nepaltimes.com I am not an authority on Nepali history, but I do know this much: Nepal is what it is today because of the Shah Dynasty. We could have been a country divided into small principalities vulnerable to foreign powers if it had not been for Prithvi Narayan Shah. So when our so-called gprincipled politiciansh question the right of the monarch to appoint his son the crown prince, it disgusts me to the pit of my stomach. What have these ggentlemenh done for Nepal besides trying to look radical with their witless questions trying to garner votes in such a pathetic manner? Siddharth Thapa

So our poet laurette paras has not learned to slow down, has he? Another note: with all due respect GP ji, the rumour about the royal family massacare in your posting is just an ussubstantiated rumour. Let us give these roumours a rest. We have the report, We have eye witness accounts of several people, we have foreign journalist digging up the thousand years of bloody history and, and, and ..... True, truth is perception and having nothing else to fall back on we have to move on with the truth=perception at hand.
