Just out of curiosity, I have been wondering: What is the reason behind the Thanksgiving Day celebration? Why is it celebrated?
I believe Amrikans and the Brits usually celebrate most Christian festivals such as Christmas together but why Thanksgiving is celebrated only by Amrikans and not Brits...Can anyone enlighten me, please?

just to say thanks to people I guess... Amrikans say thanks lot of times so may be this is a major day to say thanks....
