Yet again, the terror has beclouded our nation, and people are scurrying for cover
every day because they don't know which part of the world they are living in is
secure.

By running away from dialogue for political solution, Maoist leadership has
demonstrated how blood-phile it is. If the talk about 'talk' are still floating around,
then they have lost their weight. According to a Nepali newspaper, the range of
Maoist's success ranges from 'loss of our fundamental democratic right' to the 'loss
of our sovereign identity'. Where to yield in the talks, and how to buy peace, we
don't know.Btw,mr Mahara last time came from New Delhi in plane, and it should
sufficiently tell us about who is abetting the Maoists.

Now, it is increasingly evident that we are going to lose a few brilliant people in this
imminent civil war. However , the imperative now is in waging a swift and decisive
war. We can't afford having long war, that prolongs for years, and forces us to
use our money set aside for vaccines for children, education for illiterate and
roads for inaccesible Nepal to be spent on arms from Germany. It is time that we
buy sophisticated weaponry as soon as possible, mobilise army under the elected
government and give the Maoists what they want: violence and war. There is no
use of further staging any other histrionics of dialogue moderated by the likes of
Padma Ratna Tuladhar.

If we don't want war, we don't want to make our nation second Afganistan too
where the terrorists of the world can live and move safely and freely.

Biswo ji,

Good Piece of thought. Maoists have lost public support
since the last rampant extortion of money and going to
war second time to secure Prachanda's position without
letting Ram Bahadur Thapa to lead the rivals, is again
lossing their supporters from public. Its time Army will
get full public support for anything they to restore the
peace.

GPji:

Btw, there is another news from Solukhumbu today. The details are not clear, but
seems like Maoists are waging the war now mainly aimed at the royal Nepalese
army. Their ploy is mainly to discourage army by showing the corpse of the RNA
troops who dared to return the fire. Army's strength is now severly tested.
Parliament is also forced to either let army raise money in Maoist style (forcefully
from citizens) or allocate the funds formerly set aside for development projects to
the purchase of military hardware.

Sad events, of course.

What Army will have problem is with mass flood of
SH maoists like 1000 Maoists if they overrun
an army camp before Army start to use guns will
make unavoidable loss from Army side. Because
Maoists seems not to care the loss of their cadres
and it also will not have negative impact on them,
because young Maoists are more emotional
and emotional peoples will not afraid of dying
when their friends are dying. As their brain is already
washed they will be determined to overrun the
Army camp. The worst part of this comes because of
Army camps are just within a few meters away from
peoples houses, e.g. in Gorkha, so that before
they got alerted, the MAoists will start to run inside
the camp. Its something like a man who knows Karate
or Boxing can not resist if 100peoples attack him
without fearing to getting punched. So, they have to
be quite a far way from public Basti. So, that they can
catch all those 1000 in a few minutes. Well, the Army
camp in Chitwan can be taken an example, where its
almost impossibl to reach to heart of the camp in
a minute. If they don't keep their distance away from
common public, the army will lose this war.
