Dear Site Admin,
After reading the postings about religion, ethics and honesty, I feel little guilty for giving my phony email address each time I post a message. :-> Won't it be possible to make this optional?
Please feel free to discard if you think this is not the right suggestion.

P.S.- I applaud your effort to bring together Nepalis around the globe and look forward to its success.

As am I. I am also the member of the fake e-mail address club.
And I hate the idea of not having e-mail address optional.
Siwalik Posted on 30-Nov-01 10:04 AM

My email is valid, but I check it only occasionally. It would be a good idea to make it optional though.

tsk, tsk, tsk, shame on you folks :)

I've used my real email address but had to think twice before I decided to go ahead and use it. I think it's a great idea to make this optional, I'm sure there are quite a few visitors to this site who baulk at having to use their real email address when posting messages.

I have disabled the requirement of email addresses to post/reply. However, if you want to post under your registered username, you will be required to supply your email as well during initial post.
Thanks for coming up with suggestions that make life easier and more fun for our esteemed posters here at GBNC.ORG.

Thanks but looks like you still need to work a little more. I am getting SQL error instead of pop up message when I post something with an empty Email text-field.

Thanks SKR, it should work now.
