Appeal: State of Emergency in Nepal -
Situation of Democracy Critical !
Dear Brothers, Sisters, Friends, Ladies and Gentlemen
After long time, I am going to write some truth about the crisis in our Motherland Nepal, the
Country of Lord Buddha, Mt. Everest and Gurkhas. You know, I wrote first time while our
whole Royal Family were assassinated on 1 June with dangerous conspiracy and that time, I
wrote you that the situation of our Nation's future is dark. And now, the symptoms are growing
rapidly.
We know, the Maoist problem is not raised currently. The Maoists were borne because of the
anti-democratic and anti-national activities of our governing and opposition political parties
who looted Nepal completely within eleven years in the name of Democracy. The 1990
Movement stablished democracy, but who came on the power in the name of democracy they
used democracy for their monopoly and autocracy. The freedom of speech and movement
doesn't show that there is democracy. It can't develop the Nation and eradicate poverty.
'Democracy is equality. Eradication of poverty. feeling of right to meal, clothes and shelter to
every people equally and completely'. What do you think ? Democracy means looting of
Nation's property ?! Democracy mean's open freedom to do corruption, take bribery, run
black marketing, sell Nation's property to the foreigner, sell our mother to others with money,
sell our soil and blood, bla.. bla.. bla... ???!! And we Nepalese always stay watching the raping
of our Mother ???!! What do we think about these looters (named democratic political
parties)who are raping our Motherland, our blood and sweet ??? Who are going to sell our
Motherland to foreigners ???
Maoist problems was caused by those so-called democratic political parties and it was borne
six years before. Not now ! Many times, the debate between Government and Maoist took
place, and we always told that 'the debate was the drama ! Please, be aware !!' We all may
know, it was a drama to put dust on our eyes. It was done to provide the open opportunity to
expand activities to the Maoist and provide them mandate. It was done by that force who are
in government and the palace. It is truth. It was pre-planned before debate. And so, this
situation came after third round of so-called peaceful debate between government and
Maoists. We all be clear that it was pre-planning to handover Democracy in the hand of
Palace and the Army. Not only that, to handover our Nation to foreigner !!!
What happened after the debate ?! Murder of dozens of Army Commandos and Policemen
! You know, without death of numbers of Army Commandos, the king couldn't take the state of
emergency action easily.
We, the human rightist never support any kind of violence mobilized by any Government or
Political Powers or Groups for any cause. We always want the peace and protection of
human right. We believe, Everything is possible on peace, but nothing with violence.

Everyone knows the present government is corrupt. Everyone knows that all the past governments were corrupt as well. Panchayati government was corrupt, then the people took to the streets to demand democracy, which was supposed to be better than panchayat. But, we all know that the corruption was less in Panchayat than now. There was more peace than this is now. In the name of a multi party democracy, we have given more people the freedom to take advantage of their political powers.
And now the maoist propaganda in the name of equality and freedom. Who is to vouch that under maoist regime, things will be fair? I have the following questions for any maoist activist
1. what does maoist meaning of equality mean? and what does 'freedom' mean in your context?
2. what does maoism stand for. How is this system going to be better for the country?
3. How wiill maoists ensure that no corruption exists, no bribery taken, no innocent people killed?
After all the noise maoists are creating and have created, the fundamental questions remain unanswered:
WHAT DO MAOISTS STAND FOR?
HOW WILL MAOISTS DEVELOP OUR COUNTRY?
IF MAOIST WIN THIS SO CALLED 'WAR' WHAT'S THE OUTLOOK FOR THE COUNTRY? WHAT ARE MAOIST PLANS?
HOW WILL MAOISTS ENSURE EQUALITY?
I heard that the reason maoists have so many followers is because they promise the poor in the villages that they will give them houses in kathmandu. Or they will take money from the rich and give it to the poor. etc.
how are you going to divide the money, the land, etc. equally among all nepalese. Do you have a plan? do you even know what the heck you are fighting for?
If you don't have answers for the questions above, by logical reasoning maoists are one or more of the following:
- people hungry for power, like any other politicians
- people whose interests do not lie in maintaining a sense of peace and security in Nepal
- people who might be helped by foreign countries to create chaos in the country so that they can take over
- people who DO NOT CARE FOR THE PEACE AND PROSPERITY OF NEPAL AND THE NEPALESE, and who kill innocent people with bombs, who kill innocent hardworking people because they cannot meet their demands for money
Maoist answers are awaited.
