SC clears Joshi from CIAA allegation KOL Report KATHMANDU, Dec 5 - The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday ruled that the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had no right to recommend action against the then Education Minister and now senior NC leader Govinda Raj Joshi in a case related to the selection of teachers. ---- Everyone know Govinda Raj Joshi was a high school teacher until 1980. Now he rides his own Pajero (own?), I had seen him while as a Polyster ko kapada laune sadharan Head MAster, and later saw him riding Pajero? How did he make the money to ride Pajero? CIAA -PAC- were having trouble with SC and SC had upper hand and was always accusing the MPs handling the work to be done be SC, and also last time debate on judge can be investigated by govt. related to scandals?, had blown up the CIAA's findings. GPji: I was also very shocked, but it is very unwise to comment on Supreme Court's decision unless you have evidence to prove improper behavior of the justices. Well, what can we do!

Biswo ji, Will some unemployed lawyer catch my statements that appears outside Nepal, and put me in Jail? as contempts of court? I guess they will not dare to pull the trigger, because today we all know the corruption inside the court. Only, we lack is video camera take proof. Why not we work on that project? does it fall under contempt of court to take video of bribing an employee of a court? Any legal advisor who knows what law speaks in this aspect? I want to try one day. GP
