Congratulations to Mahendra Man Shakya "Honda" on his being profiled in the latest issue of Nepali-language Himal Khabar-Patrika. Honda's flagship business Momo King -- a chain of momo restaurants in Kathmandu, with momos served in leaf plates -- has been quite a success in Kathmandu, and Honda hopes to expand to other locations in and out of Nepal soon. It's really great to see a former Boston Nepali achieve business success in Nepal!! Honda is a former president of the GBNC. He is also a graduate of St. Xavier's School. At present, besides being a full-time entrepreneur, he heads the STX alumni association -- the GAA, where Honda, being Honda, has already made significant physical changes, while bringing back older members back to the GAA !! Here's wishing Honda and his brother Sunil (who was GBNC's treasurer during my presidency) all the best as they take Momo King to greater, higher heights oohi ashu
