Hey, what's wrong?
Looks like Kurakani is really confusing these days. I don't get a lot of messages.
Also it spawned another version (supposedly for disreputes?) with a nice name,
"Open Kurakani".
But why should Kurakani suffer? So many changes! You read messages, and you
know there is something missing from it.

But the site has got major tech-lift these days. Attached file option is here, and
images could be posted with that. I am trying to test the picture here. Also another
great aspect is better access to the previous postings. Thanks san.

The tested picture was taken from Nepalnews.com during the cricket competition
time in Nepal early this year.

so, enlighten me somebody since i was away for some time. Is there another 'kurakani' somewhere here? where is it? how can i access to it? can i go there as 'red' or do i have to go in a disguise? do i have to turn myself into black? really where is this other 'kurakani?'
and i don't get Biswo's posting at all. what is this about 'attachment' and non-attachment. you are not talking about buddhism btw or are you?

Orion, the attach file thing is only available when posting a new topic. As u can see, Biswo is the originator of this topic..and thus his test worked out :)

NK, the other kurakani appears when u click the "open thread" when u are in the registered. That link is what switches between the two kurakani's. :) and no, u don't have to disguise in black to travel in the economy class :) Business class people can certainly travel in the economy class. It's the other way round that is not possible :)

Like Observer said, the option is only available when you post first. Obviously,
I succeeded, but it seems the picture appears only at the end of the posting. So,
we can expect some improvements regarding this in the future.:-)

Hi there, as in the real world, I realize that people have different tastes. And so with the new option to see registered only postings, I think we've received lot of critical comments. To make this site more democratic, please vote for your choice. We'll run the vote for 1 week starting today and the vote will determine whether we need to enable the registered only option or disable it. The voting system is closely monitored and multiple entries by attempting to spoof to system will be discovered!
This forum has started as an anonymous board and we've incorporated the registering option only in mid 2001. Currently, because of the numerous slanderous comments posted by an individual/individuals and the use of inappropriate language, this question regarding the ability of being able to filter out the non-registered posting arose.
In my personal opinion, I don't think we need to do this. Because, I am banning those IP addresses from posting anything anyways. And in future too if some unaccountable person posts any smear campaigns or takes advantage of this free forum by infringing upon other individuals right to freedom from such anonymous attacks, their access will be checked.
I will be restoring the system to not make the option available, but will make the final decision however, depending upon the results of the poll.

There were slanderous postings. Big deal. Any smart guy could figure that they had no validity, except the demented nature of the ones who were posting them. If you can not deal with such nonsense, you will definitely be shocked by life out there. It ain't pretty at all. By trying to make it sanitied by "surgical" strategy such as "registered" and "non registered" it has definitely lost its appeal. I thik the so called the "bright" ones need to face reality of life. What I read on this site were diststeful and deplorable, but the step taken to curb it is no less ridiculous.
