Hi Astha,
It is a long-term plan; a group of people with diverse interests is working on it in their free-time, but things are in quite preliminary stages. Especially the current political uncertainties create delays.
I am a little confused about your phrasing of wanting to be fed some info. Are you just interested in what is going on, or are you interested in participating? If the latter, send me an e-mail, and include some details about what you study/ied, what you do now, and what aspects of starting a new university excites you the most. (and that counts for others as well).
I don't remember seeing a lot of your postings before. Are you new to kurakani, or have you recently changed your pseudonym?
