Hey, I am not worried to that far end. For me Microwave is so great thing in my kitchen, that I don't loss taste of my Bashi food kept in refrigrator. Thats great. The total benefit of having miccrowave is never comparable with the loss of protein for people like me who eat more than I really need. Probably, the issue you raised is important to some slimmy sexy peoples who count every nano-gram of proteins to fats. For common people, your issues are useless. Have no meaning and never comparable with the positive side of MW. Thats just hue and cry against MW, and making news from notihng. Well, researchers are working very hard to make it more efficient, especially in minimizing the energy consumption, so that I can use my rice cooker, table heater and microwave simultaneously, and I am more interested in this aspect, because these days, I have to switch off one of these three units to avoid FUSE burning i.e. to make my power consumption rate lie below 1.5KW (allowable limit). Its probably most important aspect of new research. Jap. Tv had only day before yesterday shown a first time adv. where you can warm steak and ricke cake, together. GP
