Hey, What's wrong with Himtel. it does not work, any one knows what's going on, I have lot's of $$ left on their card.
Let me know if there are any good phone card for nepal

My dear friend, visit www.dhukuti.com. They have all the best card available in the market. Right now they are selling Kantipur card which is equivalent to Himtel.
Dhukuti.com doesn't just sell one brand so it's better to buy from Dhukuti even if you're buying Himtel. You have multiple choice at Dhukuti.com.
I found Kantipur card is the best for now.

I just used himtel to make a call to Nepal, 10:44am EST. It worked fine.
