In case you're interested, here is a court document from the federal case against Subash Gurung. Evidently, folks in the US couldn't figure out that Aishwarya is normally a female name in Nepal. Also, I find it interesting, though not surprising, that the "t" work appears in this link. (Link is to PDF document)
