Hi San and others,
Congratulations on launching this sajha.com
Only two years ago, this site was a just simple bulletin board in cyberspace; and
over time, this has evolved into quite a significant VOLUNTARY venture on the part all concerned parties. Kudos to GBNC folks too for NOT being narrow-minded, and for welcoming many former Boston Nepalis as well as many others to this
site. That's the way to go!!
I know that some people here do not like corporate examples too much, but with this sajha.com up and running now, it really feels as though the old kurakani section has just completed its IPO and gone public, public!!
Let us all do our best -- voluntarily -- to continue to attract many other thoughtful and info-seeking Nepalis and friends of Nepal -- wherever they may be found and whatever their personal, social and professional backgrounds/beliefs/ideas may be.
And so, let us continue to agree, to disagree, to argue back and forth -- even strongly if need be --, to post news and info and humor and pieces of fiction and so on and on -- knowing that we all are busy students/professionals and so on with OTHER lives but that we all come to this site to add some excitement to our otherwise humdrum/exciting/productive (take your pick!) lives.
