When it comes to sex, everybody (OK, except you) lies about it and everybody knows it. Perhaps that's why there is nothing on sex. Just a thought.

I don't think talk about sex (or even the act itself) is really as taboo among Nepali people as most of us think it is. I think it's more about being comfortable talking about it with people who you know won't judge you based on your views about sex. Chances are, most people hesitate to talk about sex in a public forum since it IS public and they're more than likely to be verbally attacked or ridiculed by some weirdo out for cheap thrills.

My Guru who was philosophical and teaching English literature
during my UG studies used to talk or insert the talk on SEX
everytime he entered room. He did not look sexy or sex-mania,
but, his classroom used to be very SEXY.
When students asked him, "Why he talks so much about SEX?",
His answer was "every step / work of an adult human is
dictated by SEX". Some have visible influence and others
have inner motivation that is influeced by SEX. SEX preceeds
even Food if both choices are available at same level,
provided there are no pre-CONDITIONS (like ijjat ko kura,
what counterpart will think: s/he might reject because
of ethical and aesthetic requirements at public/society ....).
What do you think about My Guru's statements on SEX.
After reviewing my adulthood, I feel what he said is
quite true and is based on facts.
In our highschool days to college and university days,
when some teachers behaved very abnormal behavior
than some "BIG Mouthed" students used to make the
following comment: "Yo sir /madam probably had problem
with his spouse (wife/husband), and is not having
satisfaction in his bed room" (YOU CAN UNDERSTAND
WHAT THIS MEANS....), and adds "therefore, s/he
behaves abnormal". Next day when we found the same
teach very normal, kind, generous, then, the same
student sitting on rearest bench used to gossip,
"Last night ta s/he, must have ..... full satisfied".
BTW, do you feel to much annoyed with my
posting. I suggest you to leave this room, i.e.
talk on SEX. I was so much surprised by watching
a TV program on NepalTV that they had a
discussion on (in an auditorium) "Should we have
SEX before getting married?". I started to feel
Nepali youngs have gone far ahead than that
Teacher has taught us.

your comments are very interesting, and how blurred
is the world for you. For you humans have leg, nose, eyes
hair, hands head, body ... and all males look same and
all female look same, and if you go back and try to
remember the poster where a girl and boy look
inside their pantee/UW, make comment "there is
a difference". Bro, you are talking about
skeleton, but, skeleton itself is nothing but,
ugly, and if you fill its all individual parts
you surely have different looks and thats where
you and myself differ. Similarly, the SEX is
also different in your perspective and mine.
You might think or take it just as a SCREW, but,
for many its different taste, different pleasure
and it makes different path to their destination
of life. Don't be kuwa ko bhyaguto and think its
equivalent to SEX that animal world have "where
main purpose is just to have babies, they don't have
sex only for fun". Only human, monkey
and chimpanzie have SEX for fun in addition to giving
birth of kids. As human faces do not repeat,
similarly, your objective and others, your style and
others will never be exactly same. So, peoples
can share their experiences and knowledge to
come to mean destinations. For that you need to
share. Well, this topic might be sane to many
elites who consider it a pillow business, and
a pillow business should not be discussed as
if a public business. So, its you to tell your
experience to us. And, you have already
told your overall view on SEX. We are not here
in Grade IX, I remember when our lady teacher "MISS"
who was there in our school under NDS Program
and skipped the chapter on "SEX EDUCATION"
and a male teacher taught us. When I revisit his
teachings, that was wonderful, but, its really
a tought chapter to read in your house where you
stay with your own parents, how can you turn the
pages .... where you did not have special private
room for studies. How hard will it be for female
students?
In turn, i had seen in Japanese schools (primary Grade I/II)
the teachers even show how kids are borned
(with the help of dummy human), and there
they don't reply you for your question "manche
kasari janmincha?", "akas bata bhagwan le jharne?".
This is usual answer a kid gets in Nepal. If this is
not the answer, what answer you got? I guess you
also had this question in your mind when you were
kid?

Hi GP,
I think to explain every frustration, bad beharvior, just plain boorishness on sex or lack of is like putting all the eggs in one doko - foolhardy.
i think the greatest incompetence in frued's theory is to look at every ailment through the sexual context. for insatnce (just off the top of my head) penis envy. who in the right mind believes that crap?

Ses is very important thing for every body as water and grains. I f the people have that access they may think that sex is not important part. Because it is not valuable things.They are everynight and time.But the people like us it is still the matter of important.
