Do anybody have any new idea about the f-1 visa situation in canada for reentry to us?

Last I heard, no Visa to be issued from 3rd country. This hasn't changed yet.

If you don't think you can get a Visa from Nepal, I would not go back.

Canada and Mexico consulate offices have started issuing Visa for 3rd countries except for few countries which are suspected of having ties with terrorist Org. Nepal and India is not on that list. You can get an appointment now.

my visa was denied once in mexico; will there be any problem to reapply the visa in canada/mexico ?????????? any suggestions
