Please help following student if you have any suggestions or pointers. You can post here or e-mail directly to him. I was involve in maintaining a web page for DC based Nepal Human Rights Committee and disseminating Arun III reports on the Internet long time ago. I am not knowledgeable enough to comment on the panel.

I'm a student at the University of Bruxell faculty of Political Sciences and
I have to write a report on the evaluetion of the Inspection Panel of the
World Bank activities; I actually represent the ONG position.

can give me plesa some suggestments about what the ONGs can think about the
