and downroad/see/read various policy papers that may be of personal/professional interest to you, and post
your comments and counter-arguments there.

Unless I am mistaken, this is the FIRST time that ordinary but smart and educated Nepalis with opinions/ideas/criticisms can directly tell our policy-makers what they think of various upcoming plans and programs of the Nepali government.

Ah, again the irony that "Comments/feedback" link stops at "4. Foreign Aid Policy".
