In the Eastern Hilly Region(EHR) of Nepal,
Khai kupi le le...
(a guy from ktm. would probably have no idea what the heck is a kupi...well, kupi = tuki.)
Khai singada le le...
(ktm. guy should know singada means samosa)
A ktm. guy who was sitting in a sasurali shop in Terhathum was asked for a pentok. Now the guy has no clue what in the world or even better what in the terhathum is a pentok?
Khai dimba le le..
(dimba means anda or ful)
Charana,Aathana, barana, rupya
(suka, mohar, tin suka, rupiya)
lu lu..jum jum
(la la..jaun jaun)
Kanti
(Kila...nail)
tyami
(pham)
lakhe lakhe
(no, not masked person...it means wait wait)
marki lago hau..
(no, he/she didn't break any part of his/her body...rugha lagyo)
Utho, hido, suto, baso, kudo...
(uthyo, hidyo, basyo, kudyo...)
how many ktm. people know what the heck are...hallund, fali, juwa (not gambling), mahra, dande, simali, dhursule, banmara, nigalo, olan....list goes on.
I would love to learn boli chali from other parts of Nepal or Nepali speaking regions.
I enjoyed reading pokhareli talk....ani hamra pahadan bolne Nepali pani samjhina man lago.

I know a lot of people have fun listening to/as well as MAKING fun of Darjeelingey Nepali but I have to say that up till now everybody OUTSIDE of Kathmandu seem to find Darjeeling bhasa quite metho. People there tend to us ANUKARAN sabdhas frequently :). To me, it sounds like a very passionate language. ;)
For eg.
Malai ta kyaaaaaaaa momo khanu maan lagyo ni.
kyaaaaaaaa = dherai nai
Gosh, shame on me! I've forgotten most of them but I'm sure some people here wouldn't mind contributing to this thread!

I am a regular Kathmaduite and attended a school where most of the teachers were from D-ling. And I LOVE their language. Honestly, this fairly young teacher who used to play soccer with us used to call out "..oye goli yata pass garr ta!". There was a time when I wondered what the hell "goli" was.
"Sir, Let's go. It's time for breakfast"
"..Ekchin rok la. Tatti garera aayihalen.."
"..Aaja nani haru lai momo khuwaunu Naxal lageko ki, saaaro mitho pakayeko raichha ni hou! tara achar chahin kati din ko baasi lyaayera bro le relaaa garyo ni hou.."

I think Dharane boli closely resembles Daz boli, at least I thought so.
Ammmamamaaaaa!! don't know how to translate this exclamation remark.
Nepali language(Nepali) is very rich in Anukarunatmak Words (AW). Without AW, Nepali will probably not survive or will be crippled if survives.
Tyo manchhe ta dyangai ladyo......dhyam dhyam goli hanyo.......dyam ki dyam hannu parchha dhadma (from a fellow GBNC poster)......jhyammma jaad lagyo...
tak tak oo aayo,....fyat fyat chappal fatkaudai aayo...fyatta jharyo...vwakka hanyo....
tirmir tirmir po gardai chha ta ankha ta...chesma ko lumber pherne bela bho

Yo ta sarai ramro kura bhayo pravoo. Aafno gaun thaunko purano boli chali bahut mitho hunchha pravoo. Desh deshawar ma tirthatan gardai janda pravoo maile pani kehi sikeko thiye.
Koshi pari ka thap kehi namuna:

"U Tihin Samma ni Nani"
"Eeeeeeeeeee nhi? Kasto saro paro bajjee le"

"Kyarni ta kyarni?" = Ke garne ta Ke garne (babba?)?
"Raandi ta kasti ramri rahichha." = Kasti ramri bachhi/keti rahichha. (raandi = widow, what do you say?)
Kaligandaki parika kehi namuna:

= E buhari, tala (buingal) mathi kasaundi (gau gharma bhat pakaune bhanda) ma kharani lauta (bhat pakaunu paryo).
"Ma yeta ti aaiten, oo uta ti aaityo. Tham tham ta bhandai ten. Hwamma lya ra hwankka parityo ma ta charlammai".
= Ma yeta bata aaundai thiye. U utabata aaundai thiyo (bicycle ma; Malai thokkaula jastai garyo). Pakh pakh ta bhandai thiyen. Sidhai layera jhwamma pareko thiyo, ma ta tala pachhariyen.
"Gabuwa lei to. Bhaisiko thun thankyo."
= Pham/Balti/dudh duhune bhando liyera aaija ta. Bhaisiko thun paghrie sakyo.
"Katna pai khyasies e kainla?" = Kata tira hindeko e kainla?
"Katna mukha basichchhan?" = Kahan nera basirakheka chhan?
"Katna katna khera ta milchha nai." = Kunai kunai bela ta milchha pani.
Pravoo aage jo marji. Narayan! Narayan!!

Some of the typical boli chali from Tehrathum:
udho jau: tala jau
ubho jau: mathi jau
puchar ko ghar: dada ma sab bhanda tala ko ghar (puchar : tail)
siran ko ghar: dada ma sab bhanda mathi ko ghar (siran: pillow)
kati khera phirne: kati khera pharkine (return)
thuli or thule: eldest
ekchin bat marauna: ekchin kura garauna
It's making me nostalgic.

When I was trekking around Dang “12 Kune Taal” , I heard:
BALLALE MAKAI KACHKAYO LAKHE LAKHENI KOI PANI CHHAINA.
Balla=Goru, kachkayo=Kahyo, Lakhe=Gothalo
My friend in TC said once:
Yaspali ma ghara janda,Kasaile Puja laina.

while I was studing in ktm, a girl friend of mine gave me her AUTO (back then auto was very popular) so i started reading it. I started laughing when i saw the line ....please write on my TC....since i'm from purva, TC is female private part....so I wrote on her TC...timri TCma dui char thopa masi (ink) jharna paekoma dherei khusi lagyo....

let me straighten that up for you a bit:
"tan dherai nabol hai, bhetlas ni ahiley" = dherai nabol natra kutai khala.
For my ears: bhetlas ni ahiley provides a picture for me :).
More picturesque:
Dherai nabol hai, ram dhulai khalas.
:)
Of course, that doesn't mean we write exactly the same way as we talk.
