Bungur ko khutta ko achhar INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs pork feet (cut into 3” x 3” pieces) 8-10 dried red chilies 4 oz ginger, thick julienne 3-4 tbsps mustard oil 1tsp turmeric Salt Tomatoes (OPTIONAL) Combine all ingredients in a large thick-bottomed pot and cover with tight lid. Cook on medium heat for 1hr to 1.5 hrs till cooked. You might want to adjust the temperature as needed. Some people add chopped tomatoes but I prefer not to. If you adjust the heat right, you shouldn’t have to add any water at all.
