You have done a very commendable job with this website. Instead of paying for it on your own you should have a donor section where you list the names of donors who will pay for the hosting costs.

Let's go over our previous idea. Let's make some kind of membership scheme to
make this site running. I think a lot of people support the idea of monthly payment
of $1 for membership or other fund. Why not discuss about that?

1st Option:
I think voluntary donation might be a better idea, this won't limit people who won't donate. SAN you could collect the money through Paypal account. That way you can you can collect the money with credit-card. http://www.paypal.com
2nd Option:
Ask Dhukuti.com, Thamel.com, Himtel.com, telnepal or Nepalisite.com to sponser. I have heard some of these companies have their own company server and it might not be an additional cost for them to setup, and in return you post their advertisement, but they might not want to do it.

The site is now hosted at a new host, and it seems much faster and the performance seems much better.
Until the domain names get resolved to the new ip address you will be seeing the IP address in the URL instead of the domain name.
