When you go out to eat with your friends at expensive places in Nepal, do you Dutch, split or one takes the whole cheque? 1. With your friends who have never left Nepal? 2. With your friends who are graduate RETURNEE of US/Europe? 3. With others? Is it too rude to suggest DUTCH? Enlighten us please. I do not want to be rude in my next visit.

If you're the foreign returned fren', it would be common courtesy to pay for your friends. I mean how much can the bill get?? Last time I went there, I took about 10 - 15 of my buddies out to Nanglo for an all you can eat/drink session. The final bill - about Rs. 10,000 which is about $130. All i can say is purge some of those hard earned foren currency and bask in the glory of the conversion.
