I have been trying to buy card from Dhukuti.com but it does not let me create my account, wonder what's wrong. I have contacted them but no reply. Are they still in busness?

I also heard the same thing.
Try to get the card from http://www.nepalisite.com
Nepalisite.com also sells the same card but better rate.
So far it has the cheapest rate(same card) than any other Nepalese site.
Try it.

Dhukuti.com was installing upgraes relating to security at the site. It has been completed and you can now go and buy phone cards and variety of other products including Nepali/Indian grocery.
