HOW TO DEVELOP NEPAL?? CAN IT BE DONE?? I have spoken to many nepalese people and most people think it's impossible to do anything for nepal, because of the corruption that exists out there.
The only way to do something for the country is to NOT appoint people who will take bribe or take undue advantage of the position they are in. As long as political parties are in power for few months they will all try to fill their pocket as much as they can in the few months they hope to be in position.
In the end, I think it's all due to poverty. Most people are poor so they will try to get-rich-quick. We can't blame the politicians if they do that. It's bad, but they got to feed their children too, they have to give opportunities to thier kids too.
Maybe if a new generation of politicians who are not swayed by the scent of money, come into power in NEPAL, there is some hope, but the chances of this happening is about 1 in a million.
