Leveraging the internet: I think the following site is an awesome one for both buyers and sellers of Nepali product. I just hope they come up with more range of products and wish them all the success. http://www.wholesalenepal.com Nepal should be leveraging the internet all it can, its the biggest thing for a country like ours. I wish the shipping/exporting policies were refined to make things even simpler. I heard that DHL/FedEx rates from India to US or Europe are extremely cheap for even small shipments. I see people selling goods from India and Pakistan on ebay. I wish to see people get more involved with the internet in Nepal.

BKJ: Why don't you open an E-bay Store (maybe call it a Nepal store or something), they charge $10 per month plus listing fees ($0.05 gets you 30 days listing). This might be a good service you could provide to your thamel.com affiliates. Just a thought. For details visit http://www.ebay.com Do realize that if you are doing business on ebay, your prirority is to clear your inventory. People who make good money on Ebay are those who buy inventory clearance from direct manufacturer or if the item is very unique and "hot".
