I used Yeti card from "http://www.dhukuti.com" yesterday. The connection was very good. But the rate is too high - $24 for 50 minutes. I think the same card can be purchased from Sam's club for $21.80. (However, they will deliver you instant Pin number to make a call if you purchase online). After I purchased the card, I found another link from different thread here "AT &T Calling........" There is a link to www.nepalusa......" They have a card "Asia ...." that has $10 for 50 minutes.
Now it is upto you to try. If you try this card, please share your experience. It is as cheap as the cards we used before from Himtel and Calling Nepal etc. If it works, then it is good to buy cheaper, isn't it?

Gandi Ji is right. You can get a lot of cheap cards out there. I did try one last night from Memory Call... I mean the call, after 5 or six tries went through but the reception was not very clear ... you can get your message through, though. You might lose your voice by continuously screeaming "uhn suni rakheko chun ... tapain le sunnu bhayena!"
I wish himtel would get their system working and start selling again. I really miss those clear connection cards from them. Cheap too.
Meanwhile dhukuti.com's Yeti Connect does connect and has a clear sound. It's only good for ktm I think ... I am not sure ... but now they have this Everest Connect ... 22 minutes for $10.00 ... I haven't tried it yet ... when someone tries that card pleas let us know if that works ... we would appreciate it! They claim that it works outside of ktm also ...
But ... eagerly waiting for Himtel to come back to business!

I did try Everest card. It's a good card and price is coming down. It's only $.45 per minute to Nepal. I called yesterday to Biratnagar, I could connect in first try and line was very clear.
I have noticed that the best thing in Dhukuti is they constantly bring cheap and best card. There customer service is wonderful.
I don't mind paying $1 more as far as I don't get tricked with lots of hidden costs and get clear connection.
