In separate search operations in Kaski district, troops recovered almost 4 kg of gold worth Rs. 6 million that were stolen from different banks. The Defence Ministry statement said a top Maoist leader was planning to flee the country with the gold after disputes arose with other Maoist leaders over individual share over it.
