I am currently in Baton Rouge, and as far as I know, there is only one Nepali in
New Orleans now.(I don't know him, just heard he is there sometimes ago!)

It is just because I will be comming to attend the conference Experimental Biology 2002 at Neworleans and will love to meet the nepali people there.

rai ji,
what are you planning to do after you meet New Orleans Nepali? Go sight seeing? gharai ma basera dat bhat khaeeing? why dont' you just explore a new place by yourself? why do Nepali people always trying to find another nepali as if they are endangered species? just get out of your hotel and see New Orleans with tourist eyhes, see what you discover. Unless of course you have a real agenda why you want to meet Nepali People.
