I was once asked what I would do if I found my immediate superior was favouring a particular supplier because they were sleeping with the boss of that Supplier.

If you went back 1000 years in time what one item would you introduce to better the world?

Did you have full confidence in your last CEO/Director?

Define success.

What is the worst job experience you've ever experienced?

Tell me about someone who does not like you.

If I was your current manager and we were conducting your annual review, what would I say were your bad points.

What do you think of the company car on offer?

If you could have any job in the world right now without needing qualifications or training, what would it be?

"I'm pissed up at the xmas party. What do you do?"

Apart from being a perfectionist workaholic, what *is* your main weakness and how do you deal with it?

Where would you want to see yourself in five years from now?

What is the one achievement (professional or personal) that you are most proud of ... and what is the one thing that you really wish you had not done?

Does anything make you laugh?

Where do you see yourself in three years time?

How long have you been seeing your PA?

Your PA can't type or answer the phone so why did you recruit her?

What are you passionate about?

What is the question you're hoping I won't ask?

Why do you want this job?

Justify why the company should invest in training you on the management scheme?

Do you see yourself being able to do my job in a year's time?

What percentage of your CV is true?

So, what is it that most turns you on about development management?

OK, I've looked at your CV and from the amateur psychology that I've done at night school, I can see that you're over-confident. What have you got to say about that?

If I had to reprimand you what would it most likely be for?

Would it be a problem if I'm angry most of the time?

How do you get on with your colleagues?
(This is always a difficult question, because I always have to lie "Yeah their great, I love em'". Really, you know the answer is "B*stards!)

So, what is it that excites you about the IT industry?

How will your employment with this company change it's current destiny?

Would you lie for the company?

Would you sleep with a superior if you thought that it would get you further up the company?

Would you take less pay if you got a promotion?

If you had information about another interview candidate that was derogatory would you let it be known in your interview?

If you were headhunted by another company would you reveal your current company secrets?
