I'm willing to pay upto $1000 for business ideas that actually pan out. I'm not looking for business proposals, just ideas for business that can be started with a max. capital of $50K.

I am not familiar with the term 'pan out'?
I do have some business venture ideas, but all of them need specialized knowledge particularly in internet marketing.
