Both so called Maobadis and so called Security forces are wasting their time and energy on chasing wrong set of people. Maobadis blow up house compound walls of a bhatuwa big shot leader who does not leave there; chase hawaldars, jamdars, primary school teachers and the like and mutilate their bodies and try to make their point across "a republic of/for/and by the compassionate poor people"; blow up a communication tower and claim their maobad is for the development; shout "down with Indian expansionism" and rush there to hide when scared cuz they know it's india where their benevolent leaders leave; crawl under the cover of night, terrorize common people, use them (garibiko mar ma pilsiyera dohoro mar ma pareka janata) as human shield and demand to be identified as the bravest of the brave....
Security forces use all their effort in searching and killing, rame, shyame, kale, and maila. They confiscate few kgs. of explosive, some old and may be thrown away guns and probably feel like Maobadis are rapidly being history and goto bed as if there is nothing else to worry about. They don't realize intelligence is often more important than just mobilization of security forces. A bullet most probably won't hit it's target if the shooter does not know where the target is (if you know where your target is and still aim at somewhere else and fire then what can I say about you "Napumshaks" and your natak mandali).
Leave haldars, teachers, rame, and shyame alone. If you want to achieve your goal hit the source.
