Reporting to the Chairman and President,
3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of Marketing Plan & Strategy
Development of Marketing Program
Execution of Marketing Plan and strategy.
Market based expansion
New service line launches
Customer Relation and loyalty enhancement
Brand and positioning developments.
4. REQUIREMENTS:
Nepali or any foreign National, aged in mid 35 to early 45, Sex: Male or Female
MBA in Economics Finance or a related discipline, preferably with overseas education or having worked abroad.
Minimum 3-5 years experience, preferably in an International Environment.
Energetic and hands on with excellence interpersonal and presentation skills and adaptable to all levels of people.
Goal-getter, extrovert, energetic, self-initiative, ambitious.
Aggressive with a strong drives for success.
Excellent in both spoken and written English.
Computer Literate, and well versed with MS Office 97/2000 Software.
Initial salary will be within the above stated range and will be commensurate with the successful candidate qualifications and experiences.

I can't believe that employers in Nepal (and possibly other countries too) still require applicants to submit a 'recent photograph' along with their application. I think its about time EEO laws / rules and regulations were introduced in Nepal to curb discrimination against potential candidates based on their physical appearance, age, sex, race (or in our case, caste), disabilities, and nepotism (which we all know is a huge problem in Nepal). Perhaps then the playing field would be more equally leveled.
