I like the idea of scheduled chat sessions, as suggested by some of our colleagues in earlier messages. It could feature Nepalis in different fields of profession, living in different parts of the world etc. Or it could be simply a topic that people may be interested in. It doesn't even have to be a featured personality. What do you guys think?

I like the idea. Most of the time I go to the Chat room it is totally dead. so it woudl be nice to knwo ehn folks are going to be around. I don't particularly care about professinal or topical area ideas, that could be part f it, but for me just a gathering of more than one person woudl be cool.

I think San can help in this regard. He can create our one line Calendar dedicated to each registered members where we can click and see when will be your or mine next scheduled visit to Chat house. Thus, we can set it for public or only appliable to our buddy list. Well, San will have to go one more step ahead. I guess he is making to professional looking site, and our real Sajha.ghar where we can use it for all purposes. Its time to have Calendar, and my buddy list. The calendar shoudl have following options: 1. No one can see, except me. (as a reminder to me, if required email to my email or send a reminder message while I am online here at Sajha.com). 2. Public: any one (registered users) can see it. 3. Only my selected buddies in buddy list can see it. Though you can have several buddies in your list e.g. I might be in JDV's buddy list, but, JDV might want to share some of the things only with NK, Sunkhari A NepaliKT, so, San should make it to match her needs. and Block me from viewing the calendar. .... San, which one do you like "Go Into the Biz. or Grow into the Biz.". I think you are growing into Biz. with all those Feedbacks. !oOhaH HahOo!

Yeah, Sunakhari, you make me want to make like an ostrich and bury my head in the sand :) Seriously, though, I’ve just been swamped at work lately, if it’s not one thing it’s another. You probably won’t see me quite as frequently here for another week or so but after that .. be prepared, all my pent up urges to chat will be unleashed!! I’ll try to log in this afternoon, but no promises.

Politics and Prose? Sally, come to think of it, I think I did see you there in December 1998. You seemed far too engrossed in that book called: "Party dress that match your stocking mess", written and published by who else but Tina Brown & Company :-) oohi ashu ktm, nepal

Sorry, Ashu, that wasn't me ... haven't been in this town that long. But any kind of dress to "match your mess" would definitely be my fashion style :-) Thanks, Sunakhari, for the nail polish tip. If I ever for real buy a pair of nylons I'll remember that.
