Is it true that the USA embassies of canda and Mexico won;t stamp the vissa for the the third country?And if i didn;t get stamped my visa through canadian and mexico embassy ,then do INS will allow me to enter USA?.As we know we only got one years for the F1 studnets and i screw my many semester but still i am still full time students.Help me daju bhai didi baini of USA

I think that they stopped giving the border visa after sep 11 event. But, if they have resumed that service, then there is no problem of getting into america in both conditions(either you get it or donot get it)
but, i'm positive that they stopped issuing the visa from canada or mexico.

I have heard many rumors about these two border areas. I heard they again opened for issuing visas after they closed while ago. But, like I said, I am not 100%sure. Visit www.victorgarcia.com. Victor garcia is the guy who you can go through if you want to go to mexico in order to get visa. Just call him and find out whether or not they are issuing the visa

They have RESUMED issuing VISA from CANADA and MIXICO starting Dec 01'. One of my cousin just came back form TORONTO,CANADA getting stamped on his passport. They have, only, stoped issuing VISA for the countries which are on their LIST..????. So far NEPAL and INDIA is not on the list yet.
