We have discussed a lot about Corrupt Politicians of Nepal. We even had top ten corrupts of Nepal and so on. Now let us disscuss about Clean Honest Politicians. I THINK following politicians are more or less clean.
1. Devendra Raj Pandey (Interim Finance Minister)
2. Narahari Acharya (NC)
3. Bharat Mohan Adhikari (UML)
4. Pashupati Shamsher JBR (RPP)

In your list, 1 and 2 are ok, but not 3, and 4. Rather, followings names are more appropriate:
3. Daman Nath Dhungana
4. Shubash Nembang
5. Padma Ratna Tuladhar
6. KP Oli
7. Mahanta Thakur
8. Baladev sharma Majgaiyan
9. Lokendra Bahadur Chand

While i agree that Pashupati Samser has his own way of doing things, i do not think he is clean than any others.
